In Roma, Milano e nelle città di Italia tutte, APPELLO INDIFFERIBILE del Popolo Italiano, DDPI 01-0520: La popolazione, i nativi, gli Stati Uniti italiani (autodeterminati), i partecipanti e i difensori/osservatori dei diritti umani, VISTO che, da quanto si apprende da fonti autorevoli e da diversi esponenti della classe medica, risulta rientrata la situazione di emergenza sanitaria (confermato anche dai dati forniti dall’ ISS) e vengono ora applicate cure efficaci, nonostante manchi ancora un vaccino, VISTA la situazione economica e sociale, non compresa e completamente sottovalutata, che è diventata LA VERA EMERGENZA in questo paese con ripercussioni negative anche sullo stato di salute psicofisico della popolazione, VISTA la non capacità da parte del governo di gestire l’emergenza dimostrata dal fatto che il PDCDM CONTEha esautorato il PARLAMENTO ITALIANO assumendo pieni poteri, per poi successivamente delegarli a 15 TASK FORCES in modo giuridicamente dubbio, VISTO l’esempio preoccupante rappresentato dal capo della Task Force Sig. Colaoattualmente fuori dal territorio nazionale, in palese conflitto di interessi in quanto ex CEO di VODAFONE, azienda promotrice dell'applicazione “IMMUNI” (dalle finalità ancora non del tutto chiarite ma alquanto torbide e contro ogni forma di privacy) e della rete nazionale 5G, sulla quale ancora non esiste certezza della non nocività se non per dichiarazioni di Colao stesso, tra le quali spiccano le parole “queste tecnologie saranno in grado di somministrare FARMACI a distanza" e non solo, VISTO che il PDCDM Conte ha partecipato a trattative dell'UE che al momento risultano tutt’altro che favorevoli al popolo italiano come il finanziamento all'OMS e all’ IFF per la ricerca di un vaccino, nonostante diversi scienziati ne dichiarino l’inutilità, VISTO che il sig. William Henry Gates III è, tra i numerosi finanziamenti da lui supportati, anche: · finanziatore dell'OMS tramite la Fondazione Bill & Melinda Gates (solo nel 2016 110milioni di dollari, come da fonte pubblica Bilancio Fondazione), · finanziatore delle università e dei centri di ricerca, · finanziatore delle operazioni di pubblicità, commercio e distribuzione dei vaccini e il principale attore e sostenitore delle continue campagne di vaccinazioni di massa, pertanto in PALESE e REITERATO CONFLITTO DI INTERESSE MONDIALE, VISTE le notizie attuali nei confronti dell’organismo OMS: · Nessuna UFFICIALMENTE DICHIARATA pandemia ESISTENTE, ma solo VALUTAZIONI verbali e opinioni. · sospensione dei fondi da parte dei presidenti Donald J. Trump (con attuale lettera di richiamo), PM Boris Johnson, PM Shinzo Abe a seguito di probabili reati commessi nella gestione di questa presunta pandemia, · Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (DG di OMS), ufficialmente sospettato di aver collaborato con la CINA nello sviluppo e nella intenzionale diffusione del virus cosiddetto COVID-19, ma non ancora dimissionario, · Tentativi di corruzione riportati da organi governativi africani e notizie similari, VISTA la sospensione della nostra carta costituzionale in forza di DPCM, DPR, DL, cosa possibile solo in uno stato di guerra, come avvallato da eminenti componenti della consulta e giudici costituzionali e come anche confermato dallo stesso PDCDM Conte, in una delle sue ultime dichiarazioni, VISTO la proposta di alcuni medici per una sperimentazione vaccinale compassionevole sulle FF.OO, personale militare, classe medica, con successiva fase per minori e over 65 e la relativa risposta del ministero dell’interno ai sindacati di polizia in merito al tema vaccinazione obbligatoria, dove viene affermato che tale proposta "sia del tutto incompatibile con i diritti tutelati dalla costituzione", VISTA la situazione internazionale, dove tutte le nazioni del mondo hanno parzialmente/totalmente ripreso la loro vita sociale e lavorativa, VISTO l’esempio di paesi più lungimiranti del nostro, quali Repubblica Ceca (Tribunale di Praga annulla le misure restrittive del governo) e U.S.A. (Office of the Attorney General, “Balancing Public Safety with the Preservation of the Civil Rights”,Washington D.C.), dove organi istituzionali hanno rigettato le folli iniziative di altre regioni/governi/organismi interni, VISTE le dichiarazioni del ex Colonnello Vladimir Kvachkov, ex Military Intelligence Service of Russia, secondo le quali l’operazione Corona Virus serve solo ed esclusivamente a reprimere ogni forma di libertà instaurando dittature planetarie apparentemente giustificate dall’emergenza sanitaria (strategia globale per controllare l’umanità intera), VISTE le continue azioni / reazioni dispotiche da parte delle Forze dell'Ordine Italiane(funzionari di Polizia e Vigili Urbani), che opprimono ulteriormente la popolazione tutta, aggravate dalla veemenza con la quale vengono fermati, ispezionati, sanzionati e spaventati cittadini inermi, quali genitori e bambini, ampiamente dimostrabili da riprese audio/video e da atti sanzionatori emessi, VISTO la totale illegittimità di ogni DPCM, DPR, DL, emessi da un organismo non più diretto nella difesa dei diritti fondamentali degli esseri umani, come sancito dalla COSTITUZIONE ITALIANA e dalla Dichiarazione Universale dei Diritti dell'UOMO (DUDU), VISTO le condizioni e le procedure messe in atto sul territorio al fine dichiarato di proteggere la salute della popolazione, ma con ben diversi fini fra i quali l'allontanamento dei minori dalle famiglie, la separazione dei componenti, la ricerca di presunti “positivi”, la modificazione intenzionale dei normali comportamenti / abitudini sociali, generando ogni genere di aberrazioni tramite insinuazione di paure infondate e supportate dalla serie di menzogne giornaliere fornite da TV, giornali e siti internet, VISTO la non capacità sia gestionale che operativa del territorio italiano da parte delle attuali istituzioni, nella quale le regioni di Piemonte, Puglia e Friuli V.G. hanno chiesto il diretto intervento russo al fine di gestire l'emergenza, VISTO la sentenza della Corte Costituzionale nr. 1/2014, che ha di fatto reso illegittimo ogni governo successivo, composto da elementi non eletti dal popolo e la successiva relazione 28/04/2020 della presidente consulta Cartabia nella quale si ribadisce la non costituzionalità delle misure prese per la inapplicabilità dello “stato di emergenza”, VISTE le denunce presentate dal popolo italiano assieme a intere classi giuridiche di avvocati e giudici all’esecutivo governativo e al PDCDM, Giuseppe Conte, VISTO che a seguito di quanto esposto sopra è palese che sia in atto un vero e proprio COLPO DI STATO al danno del popolo italiano, SI APPELLA: · all'ordine esecutivo del presidente Donald J. Trump del 21-Dic-2017 (Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption), emesso a punire CHIUNQUE ponesse a rischio l’essere umano e ne violasse i DIRITTI UMANI, · ricordando le profetiche parole di Benjamin Franklin, “Chi è pronto a dar via le proprie libertà fondamentali per comprarsi briciole di temporanea sicurezza non merita né la libertà né la sicurezza”, così come quelle di John F. Kennedy “La strada migliore per il progresso e quella della libertà”, · alle forze dell’ordine militari AMERICANE presenti sul nostro territorio, · alle forze dell’ordine militari RUSSE presenti sul territorio, · a tutte le forze dell’ordine ITALIANE, CARABINIERI inclusi e ai militari ITALIANI TUTTI che comprendono quanto stia accadendo e che, ci auguriamo, si sentano parte del popolo e si schierino al nostro fianco, E NE CHIEDE · L’INTERVENTO IMMEDIATO per porre fine a questo piano messo in atto ai danni del popolo italiano, perpetrato con l’inganno e tuttora operativo, realizzando un nuovo organismo governativo finalmente ELETTO dal popolo attraverso regolari elezioni e votazioni a penna su scheda elettorale da eseguirsi con votazione e spoglio manuale, rifiutando la attraente collaborazione di consulenti simili ad Accenture, SIEL o a individui con le singolari capacità del Sig. Clinton Curtis (azioni intraprese prima della sua deposizione), · Che le forze militari presenti sul nostro territorio, si uniscano e che facciano tutto quanto in loro potere (con esclusione di utilizzo di armi di distruzione di massa) in maniera EFFICACE e, per quanto possibile, CONTENUTA. · Lo sviluppo di un PIANO di AZIONE economica immediata per la parte di popolazione in estrema difficoltà da eseguirsi attraverso la nazionalizzazione COATTA del sistema bancario presente sul territorio (pensando di poter applicare le stesse sane idee del fondatore della BANK OF AMERICA, sig. Amadeo Peter Giannini). Il fine sarà quello di garantire una RIPRESA immediata di TUTTE le ATTIVITÀ PRODUTTIVE e SOCIALI finalizzate al rilancio economico del paese nel rispetto dei diritti umani inalienabili, della libertà e della verità. L'Appello e la raccolta delle sottoscrizioni è disponibile a questo link . ***** In Rome, Milan and all Italian cities, APPEAL from the Italian People, DDPI 01-0520: We the people, the natives, the Italian United States (self-determinate individuals), the participants and the defenders / observers of human rights, CONSIDERING that, from what has been stated by authoritative sources and by various exponents of the medical community, the health emergency situation has decreased (subject confirmed also by the ISS sanitary data) and some effective treatments have been implemented as well, although there is still no relevant vaccine availability, CONSIDERING the economic and social situation, not understood and totally underestimated, which is now becoming THE REAL EMERGENCY in our country, with negative repercussion on the people’s psychophysical health status, CONSIDERING the government's unsuitability to manage the emergency, due to the fact that PM Conte bypassed the ITALIAN PARLIAMENT so to assume full powers, subsequently transferred by him to 15 TASK FORCES in a very questionable juridical way, CONSIDERING the disturbing example represented by Mr. Colao, head of the Task Force but actually out of our country, in a clear conflict of interest as he was a former CEO of VODAFONE, company promoting the "IMMUNI" application (with relevant targets not clear enough, to some extent alarming and against all forms of privacy) and the national 5G network, on which there is still no certainty of harmlessness to human beings, except for statements made by Colao himself, among which the worrisome words "these technologies will be able to dispense DRUGS through a remote control" and beyond, CONSIDERING that PM Conte has joined the EU negotiating table which is currently far from any favourable condition to the Italian people, such as financing WHO for a vaccine research, despite its declared “uselessness” by several scientists, CONSIDERING that Mr William Henry Gates III is, among the many funding projects supported by him, also: · funder of WHO through Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (only in 2016 with 110 million dollars, as stated in the public source of the Foundation Budget itself), · funder of universities and research centres, · funder of advertising, trade and distribution of vaccines, financing and operating as the main actor and supporter of the never-ending mass vaccination campaigns, therefore being in a deliberate and repeated worldwide conflict of interest, CONSIDERING the current news regarding the WHO organization: · no evidence of an EXISTING OFFICIALLY DECLARED pandemic, but only few verbal EVALUATIONS and opinions. · suspension of funds issued by President Donald J. Trump (and further warning letter), PM Boris Johnson, PM Shinzo Abe, after apparent crimes committed during the management of this alleged world pandemic, · Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (WHO DG), officially suspected of collaboration with CHINA in the development and the spread of the so-called COVID-19 virus, (hasn’t even resigned yet), · Bribe attempts regarding government officials in African countries and further similar news, CONSIDERING that the suspension of our constitutional chart in virtue of PM decrees DPCM, President decrees DPR, preliminary laws DL, is a situation conceivable merely during a war condition, as endorsed by eminent members of the constitutional court and judges and as confirmed by President Conte himself, in one of his last statements, CONSIDERING the request by a part of the medical class in proceeding with a "compassionate" vaccination trial through law enforcement agency, military personnel, medical community with a subsequent phase for 0-14 aged minors, over 65s aged individuals and the relevant reply from the Ministry of the Interior to the police unions on the mandatory vaccination issue, where it is stated that this proposal "is completely incompatible with the human rights protected by the constitution", CONSIDERING the international situation, where all the nations worldwide have partially / totally resumed their social and working life, CONSIDERING the example of more farsighted countries than ours, such as the Czech Republic (Prague Court cancels the government's restrictive measures) and the U.S.A. (Office of the Attorney General, "Balancing Public Safety with the Preservation of the Civil Rights", Washington D.C.), countries where institutional units have rejected the insane initiatives of other regions / governments / internal entities, CONSIDERING the declarations of the Colonel Vladimir Kvachkov, ex Russian Military Intelligence Service, according to which the Corona Virus operation has been designed only and exclusively to reduce any form of freedom by establishing planetary dictatorships apparently justified by the health emergency condition (global strategy to control humanity), CONSIDERING the continuous tyrannical actions / reactions by the Italian law enforcement agencies (state and municipal police patrol officers) further harassing the entire population and the vehemence applied during operational checks, inspections and sanctions for frightened unarmed and common citizens, such as parents and children, widely demonstrated by audio / video published footage and by fines sanction issued, CONSIDERING the total lawlessness of every single PM decrees DPCM, President decrees DPR, preliminary laws DL, issued by a body not preserving any longer the fundamental rights of human beings, as safeguarded by the ITALIAN CONSTITUTIONAL CHART and by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, CONSIDERING the implemented conditions and procedures in the territory for the indicated purpose to safeguard the population health, but with very different purposes, such as the children abductions from families, the separation of relevant components, the hunt for presumed “positive” individuals, the intentional modification of normal social behaviours / habits, generating all kinds of aberrations through the insinuation of organized fears supported by the sequence of lies provided daily by TV, newspapers and websites, CONSIDERING the current institutions’ managerial and operative incompetence on the Italian territory, causing the desperate decision of Piemonte, Puglia and Friuli V.G. regions to ask for Russian direct support to manage the emergency, CONSIDERING the Italian Constitutional Court Sentence no. 1/2014, which, from that date,judges each subsequent government as essentially illegitimate, since composed of politicians not elected by the people and the following report of the Constitutional Court President Cartabia dated 04/28/2020, which reiterates the non-constitutionality of the government measures engaged, due to the unsuitability of the declared “state of emergency”, CONSIDERING the complaints filed by Italian people, by legal communities of lawyers and judges against the government and the PM, Giuseppe Conte, CONSIDERING all the a.m. statements and premises, the scenario shows that a real COUP D’ETAT is underway to the detriment of the Italian people, WE APPEAL TO: · to the executive order of President Donald J. Trump dated Dec 21st 2017 (Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption), issued to prosecute ANYONE who abuse any human being and violate relevant HUMAN RIGHTS, · recalling the prophetic words of Benjamin Franklin "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.", as well as John F. Kennedy “The best road to progress is freedom’s road”. · to the AMERICAN military forces present in our territory, · to the RUSSIAN military forces present in our territory, · to all ITALIAN law enforcement units, including CARABINIERI and to the ITALIAN military forces who are capable of recognizing what is happening: we hope they can feel part of the people by taking our side,
AND WE ASK FOR:
· IMMEDIATE INTERVENTION to stop this plotted and still operational plan perpetrated against the Italian people using deception, by carrying out a new government body finally ELECTED by the people through regular elections and ballot pen voting to be performed with vote and manual count, refusing the courteous collaboration of consultants such as Accenture, SIEL or individuals with the remarkable skills of Mr Clinton Curtis (actions performed before his deposition), · May the military forces currently in our territory join together and do everything in their power (excluding the use of weapons of mass destruction) in an EFFECTIVE way and, as far as possible, RESTRAINED as well. · The development of an immediate economic ACTION PLAN for the population parts in extreme difficult status, to be carried out through the ENFORCED nationalization of the actual banking system in the territory (thinking to the same vigorous ideas of the founder of the BANK OF AMERICA, Mr Amadeo Peter Giannini). Final aim will be to guarantee an immediate RECOVERY of ALL those PRODUCTION and SOCIAL ACTIVITIES directed to the economic revitalization of the country guaranteeing and defending the inalienable human rights, the freedom and the truth. May anyone considering himself as FREE, following the TRUTH and feeling in his/her soul the impulse to accept this appeal, certainly directed to nations now FREE such as the U.S.A., Russia and other Independent National Subjects, sign and share it.
